A Couple More Sought After Tracks

Another two i've been after for a long long time...

Clive Griffin - Be There [Club Mix?]

Michael Rose - Dump The Lump [Keep The Fire Burning]
[Final Vinyl 12"] 1989

I passed up the chance of buying the Clive Griffin 12"
in favour of Laibach's cover of Sympathy For The Devil,
which is still an interesting take, but i now wish i had bought
Be There instead.
There was a house mix of Be There, not sure who did it
though.
There were 4 mixes of Dump The Lump on the Final Vinyl
12", two by Judge Jules [vocal and dub] one called Total
Gota Mix and then one by Paul 'Trouble' Anderson, i think
the one i'm after is the latter, but not too sure.

I'd be very grateful if anyone has either of these on mp3 =D
